Promotion Terms of Service
Hillcrest Storage may offer promotions from time to time for new or existing tenants. By using any promotion, discount, special rate, free month offer, prepaid offer, referral offer, or similar incentive, you agree to the following Promotion Terms of Service, in addition to the terms of your rental agreement.
General Promotion Terms
Promotions are offered for a limited time and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Promotions are subject to availability and may apply only to selected spaces, space sizes, or rental types.
Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, promotions:
- cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or credits
- have no cash value
- are non-transferable
- apply only as described in the advertised offer
- may be revoked if move-in, payment, lease, or account requirements are not completed as required
Any tenant account must remain in good standing to receive or keep promotional benefits. Hillcrest Storage may deny, cancel, or reverse a promotion if an account becomes delinquent, a payment is reversed or returned, or the tenant violates the rental agreement or facility rules.
Promotions apply only to rent or charges specifically identified in the offer. Taxes, administrative fees, insurance, deposits, and other charges may still apply unless the promotion clearly states otherwise.
If there is any conflict between an advertised promotion and these Promotion Terms of Service, Hillcrest Storage’s interpretation of the promotion and its application will control, to the extent permitted by law.
Prepayment Promotion Terms
Any promotion based on prepaying rent, including but not limited to multi-month prepaid discounts, free months tied to advance payment, annual prepay offers, or similar offers, is conditioned on full advance payment as required by the offer.
Prepaid amounts are non-refundable. If you move out early, cancel early, are removed for default, or otherwise stop using your space before the end of the prepaid period, no refund, credit, or prorated adjustment will be given for unused prepaid rent.
Prepayment promotions do not alter Hillcrest Storage’s standard no-proration policy. Moving out before the end of a billing period or prepaid period does not create any right to a refund.
Eligibility and Limitations
Unless otherwise stated, promotions are intended for standard month-to-month occupancy and may not apply to transfers, replacements, prior reservations, or existing rentals.
A promotion may require timely move-in, signed rental documents, valid payment method, proof of insurance if required, and compliance with all facility policies.
Hillcrest Storage reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion and to correct obvious errors, including pricing, dates, or promotion descriptions.
Promotion-Specific Terms
Additional terms for specific promotions may appear below and are incorporated into these Promotion Terms of Service.
Annual Prepay Promotion
Prepay 12 months of rent in advance and receive the promotional discount or free month stated in the offer. Full payment must be received before the promotion is applied.
The promotional discount or free month is applied to the final month of the prepaid term.
No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be given if the tenant moves out before the end of the prepaid term.
